Hey Sea Lions!

I would like to start out by welcoming all the new and returning Sea Lions! We are so excited you are all part of our team! We hope you are just as excited as we are for this upcoming season. This past summer was a huge success and we know that this summer is only going to get better.  We have an excellent coaching staff and we are all ready to kick the season off. We want to mention a few things that will get everyone off to a terrific start and carry us through our season and on to Divisionals, Allstars and Ponderosa.

This year is going to be a little new and different for all of us, but Sea Lion tradition will always be a priority. We strongly encourage everyone, both swimmers and parents to be at all our pep rallies and swim meets. Participation is a key element into making this summer not only a success for the team, but to ensure everyone has a memorable time along the way. To make the most out of this experience, we encourage our swimmers to attend the events we so passionately dedicate ourselves into organizing. 

As Sea Lions, we pride ourselves on many of our time honored traditions, and our constant dedication to the sport of swimming. This summer, the coaches are going to hit the ground running to ensure that we can produce the best possible swimmers while maintaining a fun and energetic atmosphere. You can expect for there to be even more spirit, cheers, yells, and fun than ever before. We want the swimmers to enjoy every minute of being on the team, and for them to learn essential swimming skills that will improve their technique in the pool.

We look forward to welcoming back Coach Jen, Coach Tara, Coach Sam and Coach Zach. We would also like to welcome the addition of our new first year Coach Scott. We are confident that with the combined years of summer league, high school, and college swimming experience, we will be able to direct these swimmers to their highest potential. All of your coaches grew up as devoted Sea Lion swimmers and really know what it means to be a Super Sea Lion!
